Hello Rzewuski,
Thank you for your patience.
Please be aware that you can replace the fan, but you need to use one with the same specifications, and we cannot confirm if the one on the OEM laptop does.
We recommend you to contact Intel Customer Support directly, since we can send you a replacement fan if we have it in stock (this cannot be done through the forums).
Here are pages where you can look up contact information, including local/country phone numbers, by geography:

Yes you can. This is one of examples: TRADOCK CPU Cooling Fan for Intel NUC8 NUC8i7BEH NUC8i3BEH NUC8i5BEH BSC0805HA-00 DC05V 0.60A
Follow this tutorial which shows how to do this.
But before you buy a new fan, did you cleaned the currently installed fan and the cooling ribs from dust?

Cleaning the fan was my hope for solving the problem )
But when I disassembled the computer, I was surprised that after 2+ years of pretty regular use of the computer, the fan and CPU air exit fins was almost clean.
Apologies for my inaccurate question, I meant "Can I replace the fan with, say, a similar one from an HP or other laptop fans?"
Thanks for the tutorial link...
