I have a BXNUC10i7FNHAA1 that I have been using since February

Recently I upgraded to windows 11

Over the last few weeks the unit will just quit and reboot and if I am not mistaken it happens when I am writing an email My company uses google as the provider but I am not sure if that is the case each time.

Hi @Benny55

It doesn't seems to me that GMAIL is causing this problem, since this not an application rather this an Internet Site, many people are using, including me.  It can be something wrong in Windows 11 installation, causing this crash.

I suggest that you take the following steps to fix this problem:

1. Download and install the Chipset Software and then reboot your NUC.

2. Download and install the Intel Driver & Support Assistant and run it to update all drivers on your NUC.

3. If your BIOS is not updated yet to Version 0053, download FNCML.0053.EBU.exeDouble click on this exe and follow the instruction on screen to update BIOS.

4. If still you will have the crashes, Repair your Windows 11 with an in Place Upgrade.  Your Windows will be replaced, without affecting your data and programs.

Thanks Leon

I have followed your instructions and will wait to see if it still does it

To be honest I knew it should not be Google causing it but it was where I was at when it has occurred to my recollection.

It happened once when I was on an important video conference sending a colleague a note

That what sticks in my head

Again Thanks

Hi Leon

All but #4 as you said to do that if crashes continue
