Hello
I would like to suggest about keyboard light time On/Off and Add more face detection time option (Lock when not present / the default time to lock are 1-3 min (What is the reason to limit in this range?) ) should expand at least 1-10 min.
And my battery charging problem now is that it still shows 92-95% charging as picture below not 100%.
How can I fix it?
Thanks you

Phyjik, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.
In order for us to provide the most accurate assistance on this matter, first, we just wanted to confirm a few details about your system:
Is this a new Intel® NUC M15?
When did you purchase it?
Was the battery charging process working fine before?
When did the issue start?
Did you make any recent hardware/software changes?
Which Windows* version are you using?
Does the problem happen at home or in the work environment?
Please attach the SSU report so we can verify further details about the components in your platform, check all the options in the report including the one that says "3rd party software logs":
Any questions, please let me know.

Phyjik, You are very welcome, I actually just received an update on this matter.
In reference to the "add more face detection time option", actually there is a way to configure that setting in order to increase the time as you requested previously, please verify the instructions in the following link:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000088123/intel-nuc.html
Regarding the battery problem, the problem could be related to the battery itself, so what we recommend while the laptop is still under warranty, is to get in contact directly with the place of purchase so they can replace the battery under warranty.
Please let us know if the information on the link was useful for you as we are still working on the "keyboard light time On/Off" and if they were able to replace the battery for you.
Regards,
Albert R.

Hello Phyjik, I just received an update on this matter.
After double-checking the laptop, we just wanted to let you know that there is no option to set up keyboard light time On/Off. The face detection timer can be configured, the minimum time is 1 minute, the maximum time is 3 minutes.
So, we wanted to thank you for sharing your feedback on this matter. For Intel® it is very important all the comments and recommendations provided by all of our clients, for that reason, I will send your remarks to the proper department for them to be aware of your observations and continue improving the customer's experience while using Intel® products.
Any other inquiries, do not hesitate to contact us again.

Hello Albert
Sorry for the late reply and thank you for your advice. Yes, for me Intel should extend the time option to as least 1-10 mins on both face detection and backlit time. This is because a maximum of 3 minutes is not enough for some use cases. And also the backlit time can't be set like other laptop brand. Sometimes when the laptop doesn't detect my face (while I'm sitting before it) and turns off the display when it found again. It's took a while for the display to return to the brightness I had set. In my opinion, it is inconvenient to use.
For battery, because I just bought this laptop for 1 month and now I have to use it everyday for my work. If I send it to claim center now. They told my, about 45-60 days I can get it back. I will lose opportunity to use it for my work. I think no one wants a new item that they just recently bought but must be disassembled and repaired immediately. With these reasons I would like you to confirm, this is about the battery problem with I could sent it to be replaced at anytime at my convenience under the warranty period.
As I know the laptop warranty is 2 years, what about the battery?
ps. last night I charged it, just 99% of full battery I got. ...never 100%
Thank you so much

Hi Phyjik, You are very welcome, thank you very much for sharing those details.
"Sorry for the late reply", no problem at all. "In my opinion, it is inconvenient to use.", we completely understand your point and that is why we will send your feedback to the proper department.
"As I know the laptop warranty is 2 years, what about the battery?", the battery has 1 year of warranty as you can confirm in the link below:

Hi Albert
Today, I just noticed a new problem. When the battery is at 92-99%, the charging system doesn't seem to work.
The charging indicator (A) remains off, not breathing. I have already send the video clip to your mail.
Thank you
