After getting this error: PXE-E51 No DHCP or proxyDHCP offers were received with : PXE-M0F: Exiting Intel Boot Agent. I finally got to here. (F2 wasn’t working so I did the 3 second power button method) It is still not responding to keyboard. The keyboard lights up, it changes color when button is pressed and held and when the holding of the button times out, color changes again (my sons fancy gaming keyboard is hooked to it right now).

If you are getting all the way to PXE, then the BIOS is not seeing any bootable drives. I have seen this as a result of installing Windows in Legacy (non-UEFI) mode. I have not seen it occur as a result of any Windows update, however (well, not unless the BIOS or the boot drive has been somehow corrupted by the Windows 10 update).
Please describe your system in detail, the Windows 10 version being attempted and where you were in the installation process.

Not sure which version of Windows 10. (My ex used to handle this one and I have a restraining order against him). But here are some screenshots I took after getting the keyboard working...
So I know there are either two drives or a partition. None of them actually *do* anything when I select them... just get the same error, but at least I know the cables are connected because it *sees* them.
I know it’s not what you asked for, but it is all the info I have available.
