I have inherited a NUC DN2820FYK recently.
It's having trouble loading windows 10.
Tells me it ran into an "unexpected error "
Tried updating bios using a file FYBT10H. 86A.0072.BI but that failed.
I'm guessing that is the right bios file?
I'd appreciate any help from those with more knowledge than me. So if you have any suggestions please let me know

That's the correct BIOS identifier and even the correct version. Just in case, I have attached a ZIP file containing the .BIO file and the release notes.
Place this .BIO file onto a USB flash drive, insert the drive into the NUC and then press F7 during the boot process. You should set a dialog that allows you to select this USB flash drive and then this BIO file. The BIOS upgrade should progress on its own from there, providing a display of its progress onscreen.
Hope this helps,

Power on holding the power button down for ~4 seconds. When the Power Button Menu appears, use F4 to choose BIOS Recovery. It should automatically find the USB flash disk and the .BIO file.

I found the jumper I think.

Note: I suggest you go into BIOS Setup (Visual BIOS) and verify your configuration was not affected by the process.
