Bitlocker screen keyboard not working

Hi 

I disabled secure boot then restart my nuc 8th, now Bitlocker screen shows and keyboard not working to press Esc! I have changed ports connected with keyboard and still !

please help

Ok, finally got boog options after press and hold power button twice
