Bluetooth audio stuttering with NUC8i7BEH

hi, I recently purchased the NUC8i7BEH and installed a fresh Windows 10, everything works properly except for the Bluetooth audio, I updated to the latest driver from here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/126140/Intel-NUC-Kit-NUC8i7BEH Downloads for Intel® NUC Kit NUC8i7BEH but still when I watch any video whilst connected to a Bluetooth speaker the audio stutters every few seconds, almost like its not catching up with the video, I watch videos at turbo speed and downloading many things in the background while I watch my videos, could it be that the Wifi is very active to make the Bluetooth stutter?, I've not experienced this issue with my previous NUC, I had the NUC7CJYH and it didn't have this Bluetooth issue, now with my new NUC8 its supposed to be even better in every aspect, I'm very surprised to experience this issue, please Intel fix this.

Hello Becca12

Thank you for posting in the Intel® community.

I would like to verify the following:

  • The behavior happens once the speaker is connected to another system (PHONE or other computers)
  • Does the stuttering happen if the speakers are connected by cable to the Intel® MUC?

Have you tried a clean installation of the Bluetooth driver? If not follow these steps:
  1. Download and save your driver of choice Intel® NUC drivers (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/126140/Intel-NUC-Kit-NUC8i7BEH https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/126140/Intel-NUC-Kit-NUC8i7BEH).
  2. Go to the Device Manager
  3. Bluetooth®
  4. Right click on your Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R)
  5. Uninstall the current driver (Make sure to mark the option to "Delete the driver software for this device").
  6. Restart the system.
  7. Install the driver previously downloaded.

Please attach to this thread the TXT file the Intel® System Support Utility will generate: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility

Steps to save the report:
  1. Run the utility.
  2. Click on "Scan" to get the scanned system.
  3. Once the scan is complete click on "next".
  4. Use the "save" option, save the report to your desktop.
  5. To attach a file, you must click the "Attach" option on the bottom right-hand corner of the response box.

Hope this helps.
