Boot anomaly when cold start

Sequence (1)i5 Current BIOS. Boot sequence = ON

Keyboard Indicator live followed by Fan activity.

Blue screen for 50 secs the black. No further progress Power down 4.

(2) ON then normal boot

This occurs every day. No further problems with booting. Anyone recognise this ?
