So I purchased a Intel NUC 11 Extreme Kit - NUC11BTMi9 Beast Canyon. I installed the ram, storage easily. It's recognized by the BIOS.
I created a bootable windows UBS so I can install windows on my new NUC. My issue is my NUC doesnt recognized the USB. Yes I checked the order of my boot up devices. USB is first. So the NUC doesn't do anything. It says "Bootable disk not found" .
See pic. Is this cable to be plugged into anything ??

Is your USB disk formatted as FAT32? I think that's required for UEFI boot from USB disks.
