Boxed Intel® NUC Kit, NUC7i5BNK, Single Pack Warranty replacment

Hello,

I have a problem because NUC7i5BNK has been damaged and replaced by intel for a new one. Unfortunately, the customer had installed the purchased windows 10pro OEM that does not want to activate.

I am a customer service provider and maintainer, how to get Windows activation? Nuc worked only one month. The damage was not caused by the user.

Use the Activation troubleshooter after a significant hardware change. Here you can read how: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/20530/windows-10-reactivating-after-hardware-change https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/20530/windows-10-reactivating-after-hardware-change

You will be able to use Activation troubleshooter only if your license was linked to your Microsoft account before hardware change. If it wasn't the troubleshooter will be not available for you. In this case, you should contact Microsoft Customer Support: https://partner.support.services.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus/ https://partner.support.services.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus/
