Brand new NUC11 I7 from Reatan will not output any video

I’ve tried different monitors, chords and out puts (DP and hdmi) with no luck.

the yellow light blinks randomly.. 2 then 1, 1, then 7 or 8.

not sure what is going on.

What is the complete NUC model number?

Reagan is the company that I bought it from through Amazon. I assume that they are the integrator. Model number is NUC11PAH

Return the nuc to Reagan for a replacement or refund.

Here is what I did to solve the issue for anyone else who runs into this

i opened the unit and pressed on all the boards to make sure they were properly seated and wala - it worked.
