Can PTT firmware downgrade?

if can, how?

The PTT support is provided as part of the Intel Management Engine firmware. Intel Management Engine firmware can *never* be downgraded (it's a rule).

P.S. I am curious, though, why are you interested in downgrading it?

My guess is he has some programs or peripherals that only work with the old firmware ... or at least work better!
