Can connect to network but no internet?

Hello. My NUC has been having trouble staying connected to the internet for the past couple of months. While I’m clearly logged into the network and have a strong signal, I can’t browse. I am able to connect to the internet via my iPhone mobile hotspot and it works well with that. Every other device I own connects to the same network and none of them have issues.

I recently updated all my outdated drivers and still no luck. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Hello JNels20

Thank you for posting in the Intel Community.

What is the model of your Intel® NUC?

What is the model of the router on the environment?

Have you tried having only the Intel NUC connected to the router? (no other devices)

Hello JNels20

Please confirm the following details:

·       What is the model of the router on the environment?

·       Have you tried having only the Intel NUC connected to the router? (no other devices).

·       please try completing a Clean Installation of Wireless Drivers (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000022173/network-and-i-o/wireless-networki...)

·       Make sure that the antennas on the Intel® NUC are connected.

·       Can you try advanced Intel® Wireless Adapter Settings (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005585/network-and-i-o/wireless-networki...) to configure the Intel® NUC as close as the router settings?

I just ran a clean install on the wifi driver and it seems to have worked ... I will monitor it for a few days and see how it looks. Thanks for your help!
