Can get video resolution to 2560x1600


Trying to setup my 5th Skull Canyon which is being problematic with a 30" HP LCD. When installing Win10 initially the resolution is 2560x1600. When I start loading system drivers for the unit, the resolution jumps down to a max 1280x800. I have tried to load all the drivers manually and automatically with the Intel updater program. When it to load the latest 27-8-2018 graphics drivers it reports "This installation package is not supported by this processor type."

I am not sure if am update display driver will fix the resolution issue but I will be in the right direction. How can I get the driver to work?

Based on the report, since the computer is using Intel® Iris Pro Graphics 580, we can always try to install the Intel generic graphics driver version



What is the model of the NUC?


Were you able to use that resolution before?
