Hi there. I purchased two NUC7i3BNK NUC's used. When I boot the previous company has a custom BIOS with their logo on the splash screen.
I downloaded the stock .bio file from intel. I held the power button down for 3 seconds to enter the BIOS recovery menu. I went through the process loading the .bio using the recovery option in the menu. The custom image is still showing up. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

The bios will not correct or reset a custom image that has been applied. For that, you need the VCUST tool:

Doc (not an Intel employee or contractor)
[Maybe Windows 12 will be better]

Once a custom image has been applied, the original Intel image is lost. It will not overwrite a custom image with the default image included in the Intel stock .BIO file; you need to prepare your own custom image, load this image into a .BIO file and then install this .BIO file.
