Hello. My name is Franco. I'm submitting this in representation from the Company I work for.
I've been trying to submit the warranty of an Intel NUC and I haven't been able to do that for a few days.
At first, I tried to submit the form in this photo. You may ask if I was correct filling the requested information. I was - although I have no screenshot.
The first problem I encountered was that the warranty checked out but when I tried to submit it, the web got stuck in "checking" and never did something past that.
After that, I tried submitting it in another PC, another network and another web browser. Same results.
Then I tried a few days after, and now it shows this:
(*** 2 screenshots with Serial Numbers have been removed for privacy reasons***)
And that's all. I'm writing this because I don't know what else to do.

Gee, you could do something novel - like pick up the phone and call Intel Customer Support directly. This page provides local/country phone numbers for most countries and in most languages: Intel Support Phone Directory.
