Cannot download bios update "Gateway Timeout"

Attempting to download BIOS update  for NUC7i3BNK repeatedly brings this error:

Gateway Timeout

The proxy server did not receive a timely response from the upstream server.

Reference #1.4e15e8ac.1606053139.ff0c50b

... I first noticed this at 9PM EST 11/21/20. I retried every 10 minutes or so for a few hours and couldn't get through. Tried again this morning (11/22/20 8:30AM EST) and still getting the same errors. The error comes up after a long wait.

Yes, there appears to be some problem accessing the downloads.  All we can do right now is to wait for Intel IT to investigate.
