Change LAPQC71A PL1 and PL2 power profile

Hi!

How can I change PL1 and PL2 profile values  in LAPQC71A?

You can't. This is not a design that supports overclocking. I would presume that this also says that the settings for these parameters are determined based upon the attributes of the processor, the design of the cooling solution and the power profiles to be supported.
