You need to install the Intel Management Engine Consumer Driver package.

Oops, sorry. For the AY, you need to make sure you install the Chipset Device Software, Serial IO Driver and TXE driver packages.

All those drivers are installed and working.

Reinstall the Intel Chipset Software package. This time, instead of just double clicking on the SetupChipset.exe, open a Command Window (As Administrator!) at its folder and enter command "setupchipset -overall".

Have you tried forcing Windows to scan for new devices?

Lo he intentado pero no sé si lo he hecho bien, Windows no encuentra que dispositivo es.

Did you install the latest driver bundle from downloadcenter.intel.com or did you let Windows install drivers from Windows Update?

Here is a link to the driver bundle for AY:

https://downloadmirror.intel.com/DriverPackages/Intel-NUC-Kit-NUC6CAYS_Win10-64_Drivers.20171213.zip https://downloadmirror.intel.com/DriverPackages/Intel-NUC-Kit-NUC6CAYS_Win10-64_Drivers.20171213.zip

If you let Windows Update do the driver install, you will have to use the driver bundle instead. Windows does not install all of the drivers that the system needs.
