I recently bought a Dark Rock Slim cpu cooler and was wondering if this is sufficient to keep i7 11700k cool. I only play games on my pc, but i don't play online games. I do some work on my computer, and download some stuff. I would never overclock it.

Does the cooler fit socket LGA1200?
What is the cooler rated for?

It does state on the Dark rock website that it's suitable for a lga 1200. But i was wondering if anyone else has used it with the 11700k

I see the cooler is socket compatible with LGA1200, so, it's compatible with the CPU

Also, the CPU has a TDP requirement of 125W... let's think that it may be higher if doing some OC or turbo boost... I think the cooler is still suitable for the CPU. I checked the Datasheet here (click on Downloads) and it states the cooler supports TDP up to 180W
