Crimson Canyon SATA Connector

For the Crimson Canyon the SATA connector appears to be an 20 pin 0.5mm pitch straight FPC Header. Is there additional documentation available on this header which describes the mating connector, e.g., the manufacturer and part number?

I am not familiar with the type of SATA connector, is there an example of where it is used in another design?

I was already aware of this document, perhaps I need to clarify my needs. I have never seen a SATA connector like this before. Is there a standard mating cable for it? If so, what is the manufacturer and part number?

I viewed the image provided by martmann, but was unable to identify the cable manufacturer and part number from the photo. There is some text on the cable, but I cannot read it. Is there a higher resolution image?

Most drives connect by IDE or SATA cables; however, some hard drives are connected via an interposer, used primarily in small form factor systems ( NUC, Laptops, etc). The interposer connects the hard drive directly to the board.Each system manufacturer usually orders these custom for their system, so although you may be able to find similar interposer kits, it may be difficult to find one that fits your unit. Intel does not offer the interposer and ribbon as a warranty replacementPlease note that Intel warranties the entire Mini PC and making hardware changes may void the warranty. If you are experiencing issues with the unit, you can contact Intel ® Customer Service for support and warranty options.
