DC53427HYE won't start

For some reason, my NUC is not starting. When I connect to power, the power button is flashing like "on-off-off-off". If I hold the button for 10 seconds, it stops flushing but starts again when I try to turn it on (short push).

I see nothing on the screen, no fan sound.

What is wrong? How I can fix it?

Three flashes is an indication of an issue initializing memory. Remove your SODIMMs and connect power again. Does it act the same? If so, this determines that it is memory. If you were using two SODIMMs, try testing with only one. If the same thing occurs, try with the other one and try it in both SODIMM sockets.

Hope this helps,

There are no 3 flashes. It's one flash, then a long time no light. Then a flash again.

I removed ram and ssd - it's all the same.

Ok. Either something has failed in the base unit or in the power supply. Borrowing a supply would be the easiest way to check this out, but you could purchase a replacement supply. I have seen then as cheap as US$15 on Amazon.
