DH61CR crash after bios update

hello, so I updated my DH61CR Intel motherboard BIOS and first I was able to get into bios and boot menu, no after reseting CMOS jumper i can't even get on it.. When I turn my PC on it shows (i added a photo file below) the Intel logo and i'm not able to press anything.. any help would be nice.

Do you remember which was the previous BIOS version installed on the board?

Which BIOS version did you updated to?

Hello, my BIOS was 0016, I updated to 0099. I actually can load F7 and can navigate to and select file to flash from (0099, 0046) and get to the stage where it asks to choose "enter" to continue, but system hangs at this point (click Enter), any attemp at reboot results in the hang. (screen freeze).
