DRTU Tool Issue - support

Hi,

We are trying to do RF testing for Intel NUC Kit DE3815TYKHE with " Intel 7260HMW " wifi chipset. We got DRTU "OEM_DRTU_01556_1_7_7G." from intel to test with Windows10 OS on NUC through intel online support response for Case 00220474.

We installed Windows 10 OS, DRTU in the NUC and tried testing, but we are getting error when we try to write Modulated Tx mode configuration.

Attached the snap shot of the error. Other configurations (Sine wave, Continous Rx, Rx sensitivity) are written successfully. But we need the Modulated Tx Mode configuration for RF testing.

It would be great if you could help connecting us with Intel DRTU FAE for solving this issue.

I understand that you are getting a DRTU error message when trying to write Modulated Tx mode configuration for Radio Frequency testing. I would like to provide more information about this issue.

Official documentation about Intel® Wireless 7260 supporting DRTU should be provided by the person that supplied the DRTU to you. However, what I can confirm is that this wireless card supports DRTU.

Because every wireless card should use a certain DRTU version, our recommendation is that you can contact the person/department that supplied the DRTU to you to receive accurate information.
