Hi,
one on our Nucs (model D34010WYKH) has a broken disk, is there any way to retrieve the windows serial number and use it on a new disk?
Can Intel retrieve the windows serial number if i give them the NUC Model number + Serial number etc?
Thank you
Regards

If you are using Windows 10 and you login to a Microsoft account, your Windows Serial Number should be automatically restored when you load the O/S onto the replacement disk. In this case, you can skip the provision of the license key. If you do not login to a Microsoft account, you should still be able to use the license key that you used previously and have it activate.
For previous versions of Windows, simply re-use the license key used previously. If it will not activate automatically, you may have to contact Microsoft to get it manually activated.
Hope this helps,
...S

Hi, thanks for the reply.
Unfortunately all the Nucs we bought for the company were Windows 7 (back in 2014). The disk is broken so i cannot access the system to retrieve the serial number. On and inside the boxes of our Nucs (the cubic blue ones) i cannot found any windows serial code. You can see the back of the Nuc as attachment. Any way to retrive the Windows serial using the Nuc back information?
Regards
