Display Screen Freezes while playing ORI on Intel NUC 11i5PAH

Hello,

I'm new to this community. I wish to know why my display screen freezes suddenly when I'm in the middle of the game. My computer spec seems fine to me. Any help would much be appreciated. Thanks

So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- ) for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.

Additionally, though the display screen freezes, the game seems still working and functioning in the background as I can hear the background music of it. Thanks

In order to better assist you, please provide the following:  



1. Is this issue recent? If so, when did it start?

2. Do you have any other issues with other games? If so, which games?

3. Can you take a short video where we can see the issue?

4. Does the issue ap[pear with a different monitor or TV?
