Hi there!
I dont know where to write this post, since I still dont have a clue about if I have or need this technology. I´ve just seen in the download site for my PC https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/126150/Intel-NUC-Kit-NUC8i3BEH that there are some drivers to be downloaded. I updated when I install Windows 10 the drivers through device manager (I do know now that it is better to do it through Intel, that's why I am here) so I dont know well if everything is updated. I know WLAN and Graphic drivers I installed from Intel.
I installed the Driver Assistant too and after checking the computer it says Ethernet and BIOS need to be updated but nothing about the three above. Ethernet I dont care (will probably format my PC before even using LAN) and I know it would be wise to update the BIOS but I just dont trust myself (cant allow right now not having a functional PC). My skills are increasing very fast but still at very low level.
Thats it. Feel free to give any comments/advices
About my PC:
NUC8i3BEH, 16 Gb 2400 RAM, M.2 860 Samsung EVO
Windows 10 1903 (all updated according to Windows Update)
Bios Version: BECFL357.86A.0051.2018.1015.1513
Intel iris graphics 655 driver version: 26.20.100.6912

Hi @YMijo
- For part of your questions, I've already answered here: https://forums.intel.com/s/question/0D50P00004V2m2XSAR/i38109u-getting-heat-issues-core-0-reaches-100-c#
- You don't need to install RAID and/or Optane drivers, since you have only one storage drive. You will not use Optane memory neither, since the M.2 slot is already taken by your M.2 860 Samsung EVO SATA SSD.
Regards
Leon
