Dreaded green vertical lines of death on screen - graphics card issues?

Hi gang,

I've got a D5250WYKH purchased via EPP many moons ago, that's starting to splutter fugly vertical green lines superimposed on images. These lines randomly flash, every 30secs or so.

Already did a ton of troubleshooting:

- swapped HDMI cables

- reinstalled graphics drivers

- displayed out to a different TV set

The issue persists despite these troubleshooting steps. My gut tells me the integrated HD 5000 graphics card is at the tail-end of its short-lived, 4-year life on earth.

Any resolution tips or ideas would be welcome....
