I try to update DSA, uninstall(both via normal way and DSA uninstall tool) and reinstall, nothing changes but a few days ago it works well(I update it one time before).
My network is OK because I have a desktop in the same physical network running Win7, DSA works well. And two laptops running different version of Win10(win10 1809 and win10 1909) DSA does not work with the same errors(both MS Edge and Chrome). I also try to disable firewall,
the problem still persists. The similarity between two laptops are Hyper-V enabled on it, so there is an Hyper-V virtual adapter in system, but I have not use it for almost one year.

Monique, thank you for informing. After I upgrade IDSA, it works although the connection is very very slow. This cause download interrupt due to the terrible connection quality. However, this is much better than before, IDSA can scan drivers properly. So, I can jump to the driver download page, download and update it manually. That's my experience.
