Alvinyuen41, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.
In order for us to provide the most accurate assistance on this matter, we just wanted to confirm a few details about your system:
Is this a new computer?
Were you able to install the Thunderbolt driver before on this same machine?
When did the issue start?
Did you make any recent hardware/software changes?
Which Windows* version are you using?
Does the problem happen at home or in the work environment?
Please attach the SSU report so we can verify further details about the components in your platform, check all the options in the report including the one that says "3rd party software logs":
Any questions, please let me know.
Regards,
Albert R.

Alvinyuen41, Thank you very much for providing that information and the SSU report.
According to the SSU report, the version of your GP76 Leopard computer is 11UH. Just to let you know, we always recommend to install the Thunderbolt driver provided by the manufacturer of the computer, since that driver was customized by them to work with your specific platform.
I looked in MSI's website and as you mentioned previously, the driver version they have available is 1.41.1094.0, which is the proper driver for your machine tested and validated by them and that it is also the one that you are trying to install:
I cal also see on their website that they have an installation guide for this specific driver since it is not that easy to install, please follow the instructions on the guide provided by MSI:
