we have a constant problem with our NUC 6i3SYH: for some weeks now, the following blue screen has appeared at the end of the shutdown (see screenshot). Then the NUC switches off. The QR code and the instructions on the blue screen are of no help. The current Windows 10 (64 bit) is running, all drivers were downloaded from the current INTEL support page in 04/2021 and reinstalled. The latest BIOS was installed via update - all in vain. But it always stays with the blue screen during shutdown.
Does anyone have any idea how to get rid of it? We have not noticed any other restrictions or malfunctions. But the blue screen must mean something.
