Every time I move my mouse, there is static noise in my headset.

I'm using a G502 Proteus Spectrum Mouse and a Steel Series Arctis 3 Bluetooth. My headset is plugged in to my NUC6i7KYK. I'm using a headset splitter and plugged it in to the mic and audio ports. Thank You for your help.

Yes this is a pretty well-known problem there should be multiple threads here in regards to this issue.

 

If I recall correctly it's your sound ship picking up electrical disturbance. I believe a third option is to get a sound card but I could be mistaken. It's not your headphones and it's not your mouse, it's the motherboard

Hello Albert,

I can't really do much with the motherboard on my Intel Nuc, so I just have to get used to it. For the sound card I don't really know how to install one on an intel nuc. Also if I use bluetooth, they static is louder, so I have to unplug my headset to not hear it. Thanks for your assistance.

Yes I saw the message about the warranty. I can’t do anything because I got it off someone I know. I will just have to get use to it. Thank you for trying to help.
