Express BIOS for the NUC6i7KYK

Is there any way to use/get an Express BIOS install for the ​NUC6i7KYK? On the Intel support website I can only see the F7, efi shell and iflash bootable USB methods.

I​ really want to install the BIOS update from within Windows 10, as this allows me to do the update remotely.

Hello TGedg,

The Express BIOS updates (filename format of xxx.EB.EXE) were removed from Download Center for Intel NUC, Compute Stick, and Compute Card products, due to a security issue. 

The only BIOS update methods made available are:

• .BIO for F7 and Recovery
• .BI.zip
• .UEFI.zip

Beginning around October 2018, a new Express BIOS utility (filename format of xxx.EB.msi) has been made available, this utility is available only for latest shipping products starting from Seventh generation and later.

The NUC6i7KYK is Sixth Generation and Express BIOS updates are unfortunately not available.
