AMD says portrait mode is supported, but will not answer questions, they say you have to go to the manufacturer which is intel, so how do I put this in portrait mode using Eyefinity?

Hello DDalt3,

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

To better assist you I would like to gather some additional information from you:

  • How many monitors are you using? And how are the monitors connected?
  • Please confirm the operating system and its version

Please run the following tool and attach the reports generated.

Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU)

Intel® SSU Download link

Open the application and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".

Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".

To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".

I have updated and I still don’t see how I create a portrait mode eyefinity configuration? Can you please show the step by step?

Hello DDalt3,

Thank you for your response. Now that the software is up to date try the following steps:

First, change the orientation of the monitors from Display settings. Check the following link to do so. All monitors must be in “portrait” mode.

After that, please check the steps provided by AMD* to configure multiple displays to run in Eyefinity mode.
