Fake new Bios? Who is right?

The Assistant claims that a bios update is available. But I already have the latest bios installed. Is the Assistant wrong or my system?

When i run DSA i get that i have 6 new yppdates inludin BIOS uppdate, All the new updates from DSA are older then allready installed ones.

Same behaviour here with BIOS and graphics
