Firmware Driver version in DM, should reflect the BIOS version installed on your NUC. It may be safely deleted from the DM and will not affect the currently installed BIOS.
Actually the latest BIOS for your NUC is 0089 (rather than 0088). I suggest that you should update BIOS with the latest version and in the same time the version in the DM will be updated:
Step I:
1. Prepare USB stick fully formatted to FAT32 . Format your USB with Quick Format option unchecked. Do not format your USB in MAC (OS) or Linux machine. Use Windows. Download the BN0089.bio file. Copy the BN0089.bio file to the root of this USB.
2. Insert the USB with the BN0089.bio file into rear USB slot (your NUC should be OFF)
3. Power ON you NUC and when you see the Intel NUC logo, repeatedly click on F7. NUC will boot into storage menu. You should select your USB stick (mass storage device) and then the BN0089.bio file. Click enter the update will start and end during 2-3 minutes.
4. When update ends, the NUC will reboot.

The bios version I have is BE0089.bio.
But i'm talking about firmware driver in my device manager.
I thought it should be BE0088, But it doesn't seem to be available.
The current driver installed is BE0085.
thanx

It doesn't matter. This is a virtual device; there is no 'firmware driver'. You can delete all of the entries if you like.
