Hi
I purchased a NUC7i5BNK with 2x Samsung M471A1K43BB1-CRC 8 Go DDR4 2400 MHz and Samsung SSD Interne 960 EVO (250 Go) - MZ-V6E250BW. The 3 flashing lights at start suggest memory card problems but these are compatible as per the website. This is the second NUC and second memory card I have ordered / replaced. I don’t understand what I am doing wrong.

Hi @SRoge13
- I understand that in additional to 3 blinks from Power Button LED, you can't see any video output (i.e. Intel NUC logo) neither?
- If this is the case, power ON your NUC with minimum hardware configuration: remove the SSD and leave only one SO DIMM at time - first in lower slot and then in the upper slot. Using this method we will be able to isolate the failed SO DIMM/slot if any.
- With working SO DIMM you should be able to see the Intel NUC logo and even you should be able to enter Bios setting after pressing on F2.

Your SO DIMM is not properly inserted. See this video (starting in minute 3:00), to see how to insert SO DIMM into slot. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MV6X4BZq5LI
Hope this helps

after trying so many times, I thought maybe the problem was me... I needed to insert the memory card with a better angle. You were right. Thank you.
