Hello FFili5,

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

I would like to get more details from your system, please provide the following:

1. Run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) and attach the report generated:

  • Open the application, check the "Everything" box and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".
  • Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View
  • To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".

2. Please provide the brand and model number of the microphone and the speaker that you are using.

3. Did the issue start after the driver update?

4. Testing the microphone and the speaker individually makes each one work properly?

Note: Our support is only provided in English. We may not be able to translate screenshots attached to the thread. To better assist you, we use a translation tool embedded in this Intel Community.

that`s my ticket number ST (deleted personal info)

the guy yesterday told me ill get an email but i got nothing after 24 hours

i got it running on my own following those instructions --> https://www.guidingtech.com/fix-realtek-hd-audio-manager-missing-windows-10/

looks like the actual realtek driver does a lousy job. after plugging in the mic he might think those are headphoens so he redirects the sound.
