HDMI 2.1 for NUC12WSHi5

Hi, in the spec sheet, it says the nuc kit has 2x hdmi 2.1 ports with TMDS support. Are these the real 2.1 ports with FRL, higher bamdwiths, VRR, ALLM and etc or they are the old 2.0b ports adopting the new name 2.1 due to the subdivision of the standards? If it is a 2.1 port, can you describe which features does it support?
