HDMI CEC and IR totally not work!!

Hello! Just bought NUC7CJYH, install Win10 and found what none of CEC settings from bios don't work. My TV wont on/off then I on/off or sleep/wake my NUC.

And I found what IR receiver wont recognize on any of signals from my smartphone with IR-blaster and AnyMote application, which have many compatible profiles aka RC-6, XBOX One etc...

Yes, I install drivers, update to last BIOS, disable fast boot in BIOS and fast load in windows power management.

On thing... I see what in Legacy Device Configuration theres no drop down menu with IR types, which I was see on screenshots from different NUC models... Maybe this is a problem?

What can I do else?

Thanks...

So.. In finaly i must to say, what for me, as for nuc customer, was need "little" more information about only HDMI2 CEC. And I think "somebody" must create android app, what will be compatible with IR placed in nuc`s.

21th century on the earth )))

taravasya, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.

Perfect, excellent, it is great to hear that you were able to fix the problem and both, the HDMI-CEC and the IR features are working properly.

In reference to your comments, about creating an android application that will be compatible with the IR feature available in the Intel® NUCs, I just wanted to let you know that I will send your feedback to the proper department for them to be aware of your comments and suggestion.

Any other questions, please let us know.

Regards,
