In this case, I would like to let you know that for the moment (as you mentioned) we only have version 1.78.2.0.6 available, the version that you mentioned (1.78.2.0.7) could have been removed for an improvement and, if needed, we may release a new version. For the moment feel free to use the current version and keep an eye on the download center or the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA) for any update available.
