My nuc has started lagging every 5 seconds.

 

The whole system pauses frequently. Its made the nuc practically unusable.

 

reformatted win 10, stil l the same issues.

 

any ideas?

  1. Was your NUC ever working good?
  2. What is version of your bios?
  3. Is your bios set to default settings?
  4. Please download Intel Software Support Utility https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- . Run this utility and the generated report attach to your post.
  5. Try to boot your NUC in SAFE mode https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/2304-boot-into-safe-mode-windows-10-a.html . Can you see still this problem?
  6. Perform clean boot https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/41804-perform-clean-boot-windows-10-troubleshoot-software-conflicts.html Can you see still this problem?
