- Is your bios set to default settings?
- Please download Intel Software Support Utility https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- . Run this utility and the generated report attach to your post.
- Try to boot your NUC in SAFE mode https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/2304-boot-into-safe-mode-windows-10-a.html . Can you see still this problem?
