Hades Canyon esxi Nic driver

Hi Champions

I have recently got hold of a Hades Canyon and installed esxi 6.7, installed bios 58.

Only one network adapter (vmnic1) has a status of connected, the 2nd adapter (vmnic0) is showing as 'notconnected' I have reversed cables to rule out a cabling issue. The Nic lights are flashing green at both ends. I have attached the esxi 'configure management network' menu screenshot and also a the view from the esxi client which permanently shows link down.

Can anyone advise on possible issue and next troubleshooting steps please?

sorre1, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.

In reference to this scenario, we just wanted to verify a few details on this case:

How many Intel® NUCs do you have that are showing the same symptoms?

What would you consider will be the impact of the Intel® NUC not working properly?

Just to let you know, there is a newer BIOS version for the Hades Canyon, it is version 0059, please install it and let us know if the issue persists:

Also, if the Intel® NUC is booting to Windows*, could you please provide the SSU report so we can verify further details about the components in your platform, to attach the report, once you choose "reply" select the "clip" icon on the lower-left corner

If the Intel® NUC is not booting, could you please confirm the specific model of it?

Any questions, please let me know.

Albert R.
