Hallo zusammen, mein Fernseher Loewe Bild 5.55 bekommt keine Verbindung mit HDMI Kabel zum NUC. Eine Remoteverbindung zum NUC geht problemlos. Am NUC unter W10 Pro habe ich alle Energiesparoptionen deaktiviert. Was muss ich am NUCi8 einstellen?

First, I will need more information. Please provide me with the complete model of the Intel ® NUC, as well as te type of connection you are using, for example, you mentioned that the connection is HDMI, but are you using a straight HDMI to HDMI or are you using any type of adapter? 

 

I would also like to gather more information of the Intel ® NUC, specifically an System Support Utility report, this report can be generated from our tool, you can refer to the link below so you can download it:

Good morning, David, Thanks for the quick response. Attached you find the desired file. The NUC is connected directly to HDMI1 input on the Loewe image 5.55 TV with an HDMI 2 cable for 4K UHD 60 Hz. HDMI CEC is enabled in both the NUC BIOS and the TV-HDMI1 input. At the NUC in the BIOS are the TV options, TV on-off, etc., turned off. If I now select the HDMI1 input on the TV, there is no signal from the NUC on the HDMI cable although the NUC desktop is accessible via the VNC viewer. I have to restart the NUC. If I go to the start of the NUC, the TV on the HDMI1 input, I immediately have the image of the NUC desktop. I hope I have expressed myself understandable and Google has reasonably translated. For testing purposes, please try using a different HDMI cable; if this does not help, please proceed to connect the system to a different monitor to see if this monitor works.

Hello, this is not a monitor but a high quality 4K and HDR10 TV namely the Loewe image 5.55 OLED. At the weekend I noticed that Windows 10 Pro had simply encrypted the hard drives with Bitlocker. After decrypting both hard drives, the error was not completely gone, the switch still takes 20-30 seconds, but it will always be switched. In addition, I have already taken a fairly high quality cable because of the 4K in HDR transmission for connecting the NUC to the TV. I have taken over the complete M2 SSD and the 2.5 inch HDD of the predecessor NUC i5 in the nine i8 and that worked fine after the driver installation. Unfortunately, Windows 10 Pro has disabled so I had to buy a new Windows license and had to completely reinstall the system. Since then I have the problem with switching. I attached the content of the report file below.
