Have a NUC8i7HNB fitted with a Radeon RX Vega M GL Graphics. When playing a HEVC (h.265) and some mkv videos the Radeon GPU runs at 100% with freezing or jerky play to the point of restricting or removing mouse movement. Other video formats are fine.

The problem occurs when using Windows Films & TV player or VLC. If I play the HEVC video with DIVX Player the GPU runs at 10%. I have the Windows HEVC Codec installed. Youtube webm videos play without issue. Drivers are up to date, version 26.20.12001.12000. Is this a Windows 10 issue or codec, driver issue?

Resolved - reset the HEVC Video Extensions from Device Manufacturer under Advanced Options in Windows 10 Apps and Features. Now GPU running around 14%.
