The best place to ask how to solve this problem is in Lenovo Support/Forum.
Was the BT worked before?
Did you check in Bios Onboard Devices if the Bluetooth is enabled?

Hello FRea01,
Thank you for your response.
Code 22 in Device Manager usually means that the device was disabled.
In Device Manager, click Action, and then click Enable Device. This starts the Enable Device wizard. Then follow the instructions.

Hello, thanks for the prompt feedback, anyway, as I wrote with my previous feedback, I have started Enable Device, but after in the Device Manager the device is yet disabled. Other solutions? I suppose there is a conflict in WINDOWS, even if the wifi is running fine, only problem is bluetooth.

Hello FRea01,
Thank you for your response.
We recommend that you try to perform a Clean Installation of Wireless Drivers (Bluetooth and Wi-Fi).
Follow the steps available in the Clean Installation of Wireless Drivers support article.
Try installing your OEM drivers first.
It is worth noting that the site for your laptop does not have drivers for Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 8260.
- Did it come with the computer?
- Is this the correct laptop model?
- Drivers and Software
If the issue persists, install the latest generic drivers for both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.

Hello FRea01,
This seems to be a hardware issue. What we can recommend is that you check the following information:
- A button/key to enable-disable wireless - BT.
- Check the airplane mode.
If the issue persists, we recommend that you contact your system manufacturer to check the BIOS and the health of the hardware.
