Help needed on device not starting

I have a BOXNUC7I5BNHX1 and since a few days ago when I turn off the computer it is impossible to restart it. After several attempts, the screen is activated and this happens everytime I need to use it. It also happens now and then that the screen turns completely black while using it, and it only gets solved by trying to reboot it again many times.

 

Can someone help me please?

I have seen a few NUCs suffer a power interlock. It feels like a ground loop has formed but I haven't verified this. Anyway, disconnect the NUC from its power brick for 30 seconds and then reconnect and see if this restores its ability to power up.

1. You didn't describe your hardware configuration.

2. Your Operating System?.

3. Are the all drivers updated?

4. Was the system working well before this failure happens?
