My nuc won't detect my wifi card in the M.2 slot. it is a intel ax210 wireless and bluetooth card. It found the bluetooth but not the wireless part. So i bought other card a intel ac 9560ngw. But the the computer doesn't see it at all. With both cards the bios don't see them at all. Does anybody know what wireless card will work in the M.2 slot? If you need to know i am running windows 11 with 8gb of memory.  Thanks for the help.

Was this NUC working properly with the pre-installed Wireless-AC 3165 WiFi module? If so, if you reinstall it now, does it continue to work?

I had no Wi-Fi card installed when I bought it. It was just the motherboard I bought off Amazon. I 3d printed the case for it. I updated to the newest bios intel has for it and all the drivers are the latest there is. I just looking to get this one to work or find one that will work in the M.2 slot. The bios don’t see it but windows 11 only sees the Bluetooth on the card. Thanks for the help.

Hhmmm, well, considering that this board was never sold as a (bare) board product, I would say that it was (a) used and (b) damaged.

Sorry,
