How to make my laptop connect to my Bluetooth speaker

When I get to the window that shows "listen to music" and "forward VoIP Calls to handsfree", it doesn't try to connect at all. I use a pavilion dv4 windows 7 ultimate. What can I do?

Windows 7 is dead and no longer supported. Upgrade to windows 10 1909.

You can try and get assistancee from HP, or Microsoft.
