How to solve the green grid lines issue in playback in premiere pro and after effects ??

When I was using the older version of graphics driver I had no issue. But when I updated to the latest version ( 27.20.100.8280 ) the problem started. How do I fix it?

Thank you for posting on the Intel* Community Forums.

 

  • Can you please confirm the Intel* Product that you are using?
  • If possible attach a picture or video of the issue.

 

Run the following tool and attach the report generated:

  

Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) 

 

  • Intel® SSU Download
  • Open the application and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View". 
  • Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View". 
  • To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".
